Writing Notes as VA Inpatient
- BEFORE starting a note, click box in top banner that has patient's room number (right of the patient's name and HPI)
- select what visit the note should be associated with
- Click the third tab in the pop up window that says “new visit”
- in the search bar type BT PULM INPT
- select option for inpatient consult fellow context
- start writing note
